Return & Refund

At Teyara, we accept return, replacement, or refund requests only for eligible cases such as damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete products.

To raise a return or replacement request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

Order ID
Clear product photos
Packaging photos
Unboxing video, if available
Issue description

Return or replacement is accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged by the customer, and available with original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and invoice.

Returns may not be accepted for hygiene products, personal-use products, innerwear, beauty or personal care products, customized products, clearance sale items, or products damaged due to customer misuse, unless the product received is wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete.

Once your request is received, our team will verify the issue. After approval, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or suitable resolution depending on the case, product condition, supplier confirmation, and stock availability.

Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method or as per the applicable payment gateway and merchant refund process. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed through UPI, bank transfer, store credit, or another verified refund method after customer verification.

Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges, or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is due to a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product.

Teyara reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or replacement request if the claim is incomplete, false, delayed, misused, or does not meet the policy conditions.
