At Teyara, we work with trusted suppliers and courier partners to deliver products across serviceable locations in India.
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 72 working hours after successful order confirmation. During sales, festive periods, high-demand days, or supplier delays, processing may take slightly longer.
After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeline is usually:
Metro cities: 5 to 9 business days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 7 to 12 business days
Remote locations: 10 to 15 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier serviceability, product availability, weather conditions, local restrictions, public holidays, incorrect address, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to reflect after dispatch.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on supplier location and stock availability. In such cases, you may receive separate tracking details.
Please provide a complete and correct delivery address, pin code, and phone number. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or repeated missed delivery attempts, the order may be returned, cancelled, or additional re-shipping charges may apply.
